2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture inspires the new generation!
15/01/2022
The LaborArtory series of online workshops have joined the 2023 Eleusis European Capital of Culture programme to inspire the next generation and equip young people interested in the cultural and creative industries with the necessary skills.
The workshops began on January 15, and Eleusis youth formed the team that will work on the design and implementation of a cultural project in the coming weeks. The workshop program has been designed to meet the needs that arise during the process of designing cultural projects; from the formulation of an original idea to obtaining sufficient funding, and from the graphic design of the visual identity to the development and implementation of an effective communication strategy, all of the necessary steps are provided to participants in an understandable manner, through the examination of good practices, the critical approach to innovation, and the development and implementation of an effective communication strategy.
The presence of important cultural figures who honour the workshops with their presence is invaluable. The guests at the workshops share their experience, knowledge, and opinions, resulting in extremely interesting discussions among the participants and enriching the workshops’ rich program.
The workshops are coordinated by MENTOR, an Eleusinian cultural production and management company that works on the implementation of cultural projects that add value at the local, national, and international levels.
The workshops aim to inspire the city’s youth, stimulate creativity, and provide the tools needed for the design and implementation of tomorrow’s cultural projects.
