The last two -official- meetings of LaborArtory * took place on Thursday 24 and Saturday 26 February. The participants talked with Ms. Georgia Voudouri , Director of Cultural Industry in 2023 Elefsina European Capital of Culture about issues related to her specialty. Anastasia Tsopelaki , architect, engineer, Nikos Mavrakis , producer of cultural events and Vassilis Tsouparopoulos , graphic designer & illustrator brought an air of creativity to the discussion.
Closing this beautiful journey with the young people of the city, we must mention the contribution of Giannis Koukmas , Director of Development and Public Participation of 2023 Elefsina European Capital of Culture and the MENTOR team, dld. of Panagiotis Giokas , Giannis Pappas , Virginia Vasilakou and Alkistis Kontopoulou in conducting the workshops. All of them managed the enthusiasm and ideas of the participants and provided the necessary support and guidance.
The workshops gave rise to. And if that’s the end of it, what remains will be a new beginning: a close-knit group of participants working together on their own cultural proposal, which we hope to see take shape soon.
